Ermo das Insónias: I hate crowds. In the collective joy of an orderly herd, the stench of shoving reigns. A happy society that lives locked in the appearance of a sad decadent fashion.

Living on a stage of intimate projections I travel on my own along the city`s empty roads.

In a constant escape from society`s hypocrisy, I explore different spaces and try to understand them in order to see through them the existence of the most intimate relationships.

No pleasure is able to sate the anguish of these bodies moved by amphetamine joys and submitted to the fading light of the rooms, where adrenaline gives place to depression and dreams are interrupted by insomnia and hallucinations. The crashes of being in the endless search for physical pleasure are caused both by orgasm convulsions and the torpor of a torpid mind.

I value a more real relationship with the world in favour of an aesthetic project.

Away from what might be superflous I look for the essential. Whatever I eat up today will be eating me up tomorrow.
